ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Paws Fur Treats accepts payment via PayPal.  Through PayPal's secure website, you are given the opportunity to pay using a PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay using a credit card without creating a PayPal account.  Credit card information remains with PayPal.  Thus, we do not have access to or maintain credit card information on file.

 

PICKUP (Dallas/Ft. Worth):  If you live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, you have the option of picking your order up for free.  When checking out, make a note of how you would like to pick your order up and email us at www.pawsfurtreats@verizon.net to make arrangements.  Paws Fur Treats will be at the Four Seasons Market at Firewheel Town Center, in Garland, most Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.  Therefore, you also have the option of ordering online and picking your order up at our booth at Four Seasons Market.  If your order includes fresh baked treats or customized items, please order by noon on Monday to ensure that your items will be ready the following Saturday.  Otherwise, items will be avaible the 2nd Saturday after your order is placed, if picking up at Four Seasons Market.  

PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY:  Paws Fur Treats uses Priority Mail delivery through the United State Postal Service (USPS).  Please use shipping addresses that can accept USPS shipments.  The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items.  Orders that include fresh baked treats or personalized items may take an additional 3 to 5 business days. 
Our shipping rates are based on weight and destination as set by USPS.  An "estimate" will appear in your shopping cart based on the zip code entered in the box provided.  The final shipping rate will appear on your invoice at final check out.  Paws Fur Treats cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

 

EXPRESS MAIL DELIVERY:  Paws Fur Treats also offers Express Mail delivery through the United Stated Postal Service (USPS).  Please use shipping addresses that can accept USPS shipments.  Express Mail delivery time is guaranteed overnight to most locations.  Orders must be received by 12 noon CST for receipt the next day.  Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for in-stock items.  Orders that include fresh baked treats or personalized items may take an additional 3 to 5 business days.  Our shipping rates are based on weight and destination as set by USPS.  An "estimate" will appear in your shopping cart based on the zip code entered in the box provided.  The final shipping rate will appear on your invoice at final check out.  Paws Fur Treats cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  You may return merchandise to Paws Fur Treats within 30 days of receipt for a full return or exchange.  Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with product tags and/or labels intact .  A copy of the invoice/packing slip should be included in the box to ensure credit to the proper account.  

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for "Special/Custom orders",  items that have been used or are not in original new condition, personalized or perishable.  Special orders consist of those items that are personalized in any way, including but not limited to items that are embroidered, custom sized, altered and those that are not a standard stock item.  We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet.

Please return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express, or by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.  Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. 

NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED & UNCLAIMED ORDERS: If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges.  Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package.  All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will incur an additional re-shipping charge.

SALES TAX:  Only Texas residents are charged applicable sales tax.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: At no time will Paws Fur Treats sell or share your private information with third parties. When you purchase from Paws Fur Treats, we safeguard your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and e-mail address.  We do not maintain credit card information on file.  This information stays with PayPal.

E-MAIL LIST:  We will occasionally send emails regarding store specials and new products.  You will have the option to opt out of email updates at any time.
